Mike Alt is the sales representative at the Technique Roofing Systems, LLC location in Saint Henry, Ohio. He has dedicated himself to the growth of the company for nearly a decade since his start in May 2010.
As the sales representative, Mike is responsible for directly interacting with clients and setting them up for success. Specifically, he calls on clients, estimates the roof installation or repair process for each client, and works with them to come up with the best Duro-Last roofing solution for their commercial building. Mike establishes strong relationships between Technique and numerous clients in the area. As a Saint Henry native, he already has a strong, trustworthy reputation in the community, a great asset to Technique’s mission to provide reliable, high-quality roofing services to its loyal clientele.
Mike’s greatest strengths are his skill at interacting with other people and his overall leadership capability, which is essential in customer service. Mike joined Technique after working for more than 20 years as a Supervisor at Midmark Corporation. He worked directly with his teammates to create work schedules, solve problems, and help clients with their requests in a timely manner, perfect experience for his job with Technique.
When Mike is not providing local businesses with the best commercial roofing services around, he spends time with his wife and enjoys keeping up with the news.
